Connection denied from mobile phone to Linux Server

I have TailScale setup on:
2 - Windows PCs
1 - Linux PC
1 - Android phone

The Windows PC & Linux devices see each other fine. However, the Android phone cannot see either of the Windows or Linux devices.

Thoughts?
