Id like to use the one time auth keys on windows, but the cli for the windows exe doesn’t support the switch for auth keys like linux. Is this going to be added in the future?
It should work fine on Windows. I just checked and see the option there. Are you running an old version?

On Windows a tailscale.exe binary is installed in %PATH%. From a cmd.exe shell or Powershell, you can use the same command as Linux would use:
tailscale up --authkey=tskey-0123456789abcdef
