I have tailscale running on Centos 8 and I can ping google’s ip address:
PING 64.233.160.1 (64.233.160.1) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 64.233.160.1: icmp_seq=1 ttl=105 time=56.3 ms
and DNS
PING 8.8.8.8 (8.8.8.8) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=1 ttl=117 time=19.2 ms
But I can’t ping google.com and therefor I can download updated for software on my remote machine
ping: googledotcom: Name or service not known
and update:

I assume this is a dns issue but I am not sure.
