Are tailscaled flags issued to a raspberry pi install sticky

Before the forum gets canned to read only, quick Q:

Is issuing the flag

tailscaled --no-logs-no-support

sticky, or do I have to issue it every time I restart the Pi?

I put this env variable in /etc/default/tailscaled

TS_NO_LOGS_NO_SUPPORT=true

just to be sure it was persistent but I would prefer not to as I will probably forget I have it.

As an aside, rather than use sudo nano for this why can’t I edit it in WinSCP (even after I changed the r read only to rw access)? I find that simpler than issuing sudo nano commands and working with that (just my preference).
