Is it possible to allow a device on a Tailscale network (Tailnet?) to respond to a ping on the Tailnet IP address from outside that Tailnet?
I was hoping to use a service called Uptime Robot to monitor my wider network status (not the status of my Tailnet) which uses, among other things, PINGs to monitor a network’s basic status.
