I have a Home Server and a VPS, both connect via Tailscale, how can I allow the VPS to host a Port from my Home Server? here’s a very well made handcrafted detailed painting of what I am trying to get at

Tailscale is working on Funnel That may solve your problem. I have not tested it yet. But it shows promise although it does seem to be restricted on the ports it supports.
I resolved the problem using Cloudflare tunnel technology. I am currently running services available to the outside world. Some have been protected using Cloudflare’s application control service. Some are public. Cloudflare is free for casual users but you do need to own your own domain.
