Connecting through a hotspot with vpn to the main network

I want to create a VPN with my home PC and phone so that I can give internet access from my phone to a laptop connected to the home internet.

Ive managed that, but i want the IP address to be from the same city as my home PC. I am connected, but its in another city.
Do you have any solutions?
