Hello everyone,
This might be a question that got asked a million times before. However, it kills me how the IP address ranges just can’t be changed.
I am a network engineer working for a managed service provider and due to the fact that all of our clients use the RFC1918 IP addresses. We tend to use the CGNAT address space at the office which is what Tailscale uses internally. This can lead to conflicts, I just don’t understand if Tailscale can actually heal from this by realizing that an IP it tries to contact inside the tunnel is assigned on the physical network? Is there a solution for this? or is Tailscale just not made to function in such a network?
