Are these unlisted derp servers?

tcp 0 0 ip:52216 34.210.105.16:443 ESTABLISHED 1601/tailscaled

I can only find 167.172.206.31 in the derp list which is hosted on digitalocean and the hostname resolves to the tailscale.com domain, the two unknown connections from port 443 over tailscaled are on aws

18.193.255.254 == trunkd1.tailscale.com (part of the control plane)
167.172.206.31 == derp2-sfo
34.210.105.16 == log.tailscale.io (telemetry)
