Unable to start tail scale in Windows 10

I just signed in and downloaded tailscale on my Windows 10 PC. The program appeared to install. However, no icon appeared on my desktop or task bar. I went to the tailscale folder and attempted to execute the program. Again, no PC response. I tried running as administrator with no change.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Hi Bob,
The Tailscale icon may be hidden in the taskbar overflow, the area all the way to the right of the other icons that sometimes presents like a folder holding a few icons.
Can you look there?
