Tailscale Kubernetes operator, print out version in logs

Can someone take a look at this patch which I submitted, which prints out the tailscale version in the logs for the Kubernetes operator:

cmd/k8s-operator: print version in startup logs

The Kubernetes operator is new, so it is useful when debugging to see what version is running
