not a show-stopper, just a nuisance that’s been around forever
i install everything possible to not the default Program Files path, with a judicious use of junctions where the installers are intractable, 'cos i don’t like vagrant manufacturers splashing rubbish all over my filesystems
during install, Tailscale adds the default Program Files pathname to the system environment PATH variable, despite my having changed the install location
i just delete it again from the PATH variable after install completes, don’t seem to need it in there anyways, but it’s still a bug
