How to use RealVNC on RaspberryPi with tailscale?

I can connect to the Raspberry Pi using tailscale SSH but how do I use remote desktop GUI like RealVNC? I have enabled VNC on the Pi but I am prompted for username and password when trying to connect. Thanks
