How can I force my Linux PC to use a certain exit node

I have defined my Raspi in Vienna as exit node… On Android Smartphone I can easily define if it should use this exit node or not.

When I install tailscale on my Laptop an I am abroad I can use tailscale… I have Access to my Viennese files… but I have not idea how I can enable/disable the exit node function??
