DLNA - supported?

searched the forum and docs, and zero mention of DLNA

so to use dlna with tailscale or a workaround?

have rclone serve dlna running in a hetzer vm.
and on android device, want vlc media player to connect to that dlna server

Hi,

I’m trying to hook up two servers each running tailscale and they can ping each other but don’t “see” each other from their applications because it relies on some discovery protocol that does not seem to cross tailscale networks.

Can’t say for DLNA, but I suspects it involves discovery and it may not work for this reason.
