The documentation for Tailnet name says:
If you have already used your fun name for HTTPS certificates, you cannot change it to another fun name.
Does that mean that even if I disable HTTPS again, I cannot ever re-roll my tailnet name anymore? 
Or does it just mean that while HTTPS is enabled I can’t re-roll?
