Tailscale version: 1.28.0

I have a shared computer and I’ve uninstalled tailscale, rebooted and reinstalled, but each time the systray icon says “Tailscale: in use by other user” and “Tailscale in use by {former user}”
I’m using “Installed Apps” then clicking “Uninstall” on Tailscale and rebooting. How can I make it forget about the previous install?
